Founded in June 28th, 2008, PFLAG China is the first organization which is formed by LGBT and parents, friends and supporters of LGBT. Currently, we carry forward our work in 8 regions, which are Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Hebei, Fujian, Guangxi, Xi’an and Dongguan.
Vision: PFLAG China is to involve more and more LGBT parents, families and friends, to improve the living environment of LGBTs and their families, to eliminate harm and discriminations related to sexual orientation, and to gain dignity and equality. PFLAG welcomes the participation and support of everyone who shares our visions.
PFLAG CHINA promotes: Comprehension, Toleration, Healthy Life and Acceptance, aims to build the rainbow channel for communication among lesbians, gays, and their parents, families and friends; and shares relevant knowledge with the parents, families and friends of lesbians and gays and the general public; and encourages lesbians and gays to live a healthy live.
